Hello!

I'm Rachel, an audiovisual specialist. I've been working in the translation industry since 2017. In that time, I've worked on both sides of the translation project workflow, as an audiovisual translation project manager and freelance translator. Since 2021, I've also been tutoring German to English subtitling on the MA in Audiovisual Translation and Localisation course at University of Leeds.


I'm an Affiliate member of the Institution of Translation and Interpreting, a full member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and member of SUBTLE, the subtitlers' association.
